Pat Winlink

Pat Winlink (Pat for short) is a cross platform program, meaning it works on Windows, OSX, and Linux. When the program is running, it does not have an interface like a normal program you would use. You interact with it using the command line, and a website. The website is created by the computer you install Pat on.
